It has recently been found that there are a host of credit agreements in place that do not comply with the Consumer Credit Act of 1974. We work with a company who have solicitors on hand to check credit/loan agreements between £5,000 and £25,000.
If your credit agreement is found to be unenforceable then; the agreement could be cancelled and no further payments made, any goods purchased would not have to be returned and in many cases payments that have been made under the agreement could be returned.
The following are just some of the agreements that may fall in to this category:
> Credit Cards
> Car Loans/Finance
> Unsecured Loans
> Secured Loans
> Consolidation Loans
> Hire Purchase
> Store Cards
From the early 1990's there were Credit Agreements issued every year of which many may be unenforceable.
If the company we work with deal with your claim and it is found to be unenforceable you keep all of the money paid under the claim (100%), you may also be allowed to keep any goods purchased and have previous payment returned.
There is a charge of £195 per claim which is refundable if the claim isn't successful and a £10 document request fee which is non-refundable.
