The Film
TONY VECCHIO, a seasoned police detective, is forced into early retirement due to cancer. Even though his cancer is in remission, he can’t get the medical OK to go back on the force. However, an unfortunate turn of events breaks the monotony in his life: Someone is killing his friends. He soon discovers that the killer is the son of a man whom he shot hijacking a bus, twenty years earlier. The son now wants revenge for his father’s death. But, as Tony stalks the murderer through the streets and alleys of the city, he finds that this young man is just the tip of an iceberg - a sordid cover-up.
